I just came home from a 12 day adventure in Hyderabad, India. It was a family event and my first time in the country. I read up on how to stay well on my trip and there were a few things that concerned me. Getting proper nutrition while eating the local cuisine was a big priority. Keeping my metabolism balanced, proper sleep (Hyderabad is about 9 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time) and drinking the water were not far behind. This is what saved me and helped make my trip a fantastic experience.
First, I had my daily supplement regimen with me. In the morning I take Mega Daily 4 for women, Omega Green + DHA, Clarity and Lactoferrin 2.0. This has always been a great way to start my day. At my evening meal I take another round of Mega Daily 4 for women, Omega Green + DHA, Clarity, and Calcium Complex (along with a Lactoferrin with a marker for the bone). If I felt depleted, I would take an extra Mega Daily 4 for Women.
Second, I brought a 12-day supply of Super Ciaga and Jade Greenzymes in the powder form. I prefer the powder to a capsule because I like having an option to add a bit more to whatever I decide to dissolve it in. Then there is the option to sprinkle it on food! Super Ciaga has all the benefits of a super blend of organic Elderberry, Blueberry, Blackberry, Maqui berry, Acai berry, Raspberry, Monk Fruit and Palmleaf Raspberry. Jade Greenzymes is a young barley grass supplement. I will let you discover the impact that might have on you.
Third, I would definitely have been lost without my PiMag Sport Bottle. I carried it wherever I went because I knew it was the best, safest water to drink. There was the convenience of staying hydrated (and it was hot) by having a sip when shopping or sightseeing. At a restaurant I could fill a glass at the table with water that I believe is incredibly pure and magnetized. Having this PiMag Sport Bottle saved me a TON of money on bottled water and contributed in a small way to keeping the environment there cleaner.
Fourth, I really don’t know what I would do without my Perfect Link® II necklace and my Kenko mSteps shoe inserts. The only time I take my necklace off is to shower. I make a point to purchase footwear that allows me to be fashionable and still have the support of these insoles. The time change may have been a 9-hour difference and our schedule with family was pretty hectic, but I felt energized and balanced most of the time there.
Finally, SLEEP. A few years back, Nikken offered a small, green Travel Pad. This folded up very nicely in my suitcase and went right on the bed at the hotel as soon as I checked in. The Kenko Power Sleep Mask went from my travel bag from the plane and onto the nightstand. The Kenko Magflex went on my tummy. (“No Spice” did not always translate well).
One funny story: I keep a Kenko Powerchip® in each pocket during the day. When I was going thru security on the way home, I kept forgetting to put them in the bin. When I was scanned, the officers would look at them suspiciously and say “What is this? Magnets! For what? Wellness! Ok. You can go”.
